Really need to clean this place up

Nice manager

Terrible exsperence. Front office never picks up, maintenance doesn't seem to care, leaky ceiling and mold growing in trailers. Do not live here!!!!

Cheap place and reasonable

Horrible experience. They take forever to fix things. Has been under management at least 3 different times in a year. Roofs leak. Stray cats everywhere. Cant have guests.
